BAŞARI Project Came Together Again with Psycho-Social Service Personnel and Probation Experts and Experts from the Ministry of Justice!
As BAŞARI project, we organised our 5th workshop for “Analysis of Existing Tools and Intervention Programmes Data and Preparation of the Drug Offender Risk Assessment Report” between 23-25 March 2022.
A total of approximately 50 people including 30 psycho-social service personnel working in Penitentiary and Probation Services in various provinces, 20 representatives of General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses and 10 project experts attended to the workshop in Ankara Green Park Hotel.
Our experts who participated as speakers in our workshop were:

In this workshop, data analysis of existing tools and intervention programmes were shared with the participants. Detailed discussions on the current ARDEF forms applied in prisons and probation offices were held, in order to assess the need for their upgrade and update. It is planned to prepare a risk assessment report including these analyses after the workshop. International examples, from a selection of European countries, were presented by international expert Mr. Daniel Andrew Clark, an expert in the field of risk assessment of offenders in Penitentiary and Probation Systems.
