BAŞARI Met with Psycho-Social Assistance Service Personnel and Probation Experts!
We came together with Psycho-Social Service Personnel and Probation Experts to discuss their own needs in terms of intervention programmes
As BAŞARI, we organised our 2nd workshop: “Development of effective rehabilitation and intervention programmes for psychological service personnel and probation experts” between 26-28 January 2022.
A total of approximately 45 people including 30 psycho-social service personnel working in Penitentiary and Probation Services in various provinces, 7 representatives of General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses, 6 project experts and 2 international experts attended to the workshop in Ankara Limak Ambassadore Hotel.
Our experts who participated as speakers in our workshop were:

In the workshop, the international experts shared their knowledge from other European countries, questionnaires were applied to gather views from practitioners, plenary and group discussions were organised, and expectations, ideas and suggestions regarding the needs of the participants debated upon.
It is aimed to develop intervention programmes and strengthen the capacity of the personnel with the help of the information and experience gathered in the workshop.
