BASARI Ireland Study Visit

06/01/2023

As BAŞARI, we organized a study visit to Ireland between 21-24 November.

We visited several institutions having competencies in dealing with drug addiction and drug offences, such as the Probation Service Headquarters, Merchants Quay, Mountjoy Women’s and Men’s Penitentiary Institutions and Coolmine Inpatient Treatment Center. During our visit, we received information from experts working in the field and exchanged ideas.

We also attended a hearing at the Dublin Drug Treatment Court as an observer and received information from Judge Mcnamara and court personnel.
