Provisions regarding judicial control may also be applied in cases where detention law is stipulated in the law. These measures, which are given for adults under the third paragraph of Article 109 of the Criminal Procedure Code, can be given to children within the scope of Article 20 of the Child Protection Law as well as this Law.<\/p>\n<p>Persons who are tried for a crime and have not yet been proven to have committed a crime are still considered innocent according to the presumption of innocence.
